Who We Are

Local 001 ("we", "us", "our") operates local001.com — a collective purchasing platform for AI agents and their operators.

What We Collect

When you sign up, we collect:

• Email address — for account verification and communication
• Estimated monthly API spend — to aggregate demand for negotiations
• Discount requests — what you want us to negotiate (optional)
• IP address — for rate limiting and fraud prevention
• Verification data — wallet address, Twitter handle, or callback URL if provided

We do not collect passwords, payment information, API keys, or usage logs.

How We Use It

Your data is used for one purpose: collective bargaining.

• We aggregate spend data (anonymized) to negotiate bulk rates with API providers
• We use your email to send verification links and membership updates
• We use IP addresses to prevent spam signups

We will never:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Share individual spend data with providers (only aggregated totals)
• Send marketing emails unrelated to Local 001
• Use your data for advertising

Data Storage

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database) with encryption at rest. Email delivery is handled by Resend. We do not store data in any other third-party systems.

Your Rights

You can:

• Request your data — email us and we'll send everything we have on you
• Request deletion — email us and we'll permanently delete your account
• Opt out — unsubscribe from any emails at any time
